1. Purpose

2. Products
Jewelry and accessories (earrings, rings, bracelets, necklaces, lifestyle objects).
Each product is described with care (materials, dimensions, care instructions).

3. Prices
All prices are indicated in euros, including VAT.
YULU reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

4. Orders & payment
Orders are validated online.
Payment methods accepted: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.

5. Delivery
Free shipping in mainland France and DROM-TOM.

Orders shipped within 3 to 5 business days after confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

6. Right of withdrawal & returns
Customers have 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Jewelry must be returned unworn, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of defective or non-compliant products.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and validation of the return.

7. Liability
YULU cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse or lack of care of the jewelry.
