  • You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or an exchange.

  • Jewelry must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense (except in the case of a defective or non-compliant item).

  • Once the returned piece is received and validated, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 business days.
